Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
Authorized Seller
The product must have been purchased directly from VasoCorp or one of our authorized sellers. Products purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers or marketplaces are not eligible for a refund.
Proof of Purchase
You must include or provide us with the original receipt clearly showing where and when the product was purchased.
Refund Process
Once we receive your request and verify your receipt and authorized seller status, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card or PayPal).
Please allow 10 to 14 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.
